The company DPT s.r.o. was established by Foundation Charter on February 25, 2002 and was registered into Commercial Register on April 8, 2002. Main reason for the company establishment was the unfavourable situation in employment and weak business environment in the region and on the other side the availability of qualified and cheap labour
force.
The company’s aims for the next 2 years are:

Finding suitable place and facility in the region appropriate for the realisation of business plan

Settlement of facility ownership / purchase / and settlement of adjoining plots and accession road

Facility reconstruction and refurbishment for the entry of the potential investor

Working-out own business plan with the ecologically oriented production /package production from paper and paperboard, intermediation of trade and services /

Finding suitable partner – investor for the realisation of his business plan in the facility, which is suitable for production, warehousing, respectively trade agency of a
company, etc.
The company succeeded in the realisation of its objectives in the first year and proceeded to the realisation of its last objective – finding of suitable investor.
Sole company founder and executive is
Ing. Ján Dávid, who paid-up full amount of equity contribution at the company establishment, the company does not register any liabilities towards physical or legal entities and can fully dispose with its assets.
